الشحن والتوصيل | Shipping & Delivery

  1. يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل داخل دولة الإمارات.

  2. قد تختلف المدة الزمنية في فترات المواسم أو العطلات الرسمية.

  3. رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد شحن الطلب.

  4. يحق للعميلة تتبع الطلب من خلال خدمة العملاء أو البريد الإلكتروني.

  1. Delivery within the UAE takes 1–3 working days.

  2. Delivery time may vary during holidays or promotional seasons.

  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

إلغاء الطلب | Order Cancellation

يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن فقط، من خلال التواصل مع خدمة العملاء.
في حال تم شحن الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه ولكن يمكن استبداله حسب السياسة المعتمدة.
